Corum Investments has already invested €60M in Portugal

In a release quoted by Lusa and Eco, Corum advanced that «2019 was an outstanding year for Corum, during which it opened its first office in Portugal, a country where the company has already invested 60 million euro in the acquisition of 11 buildings in several locations, with Pingo Doce and Grupo Rumos as tenants».

The company operates in Portugal through two funds: Corum Origin (which bought a Pingo Doce supermarket in Gaia) and Corum XL. Both valued more than 6% last year.

Corum Investments is an independent management company and it currently manages a portfolio estimated at 2.800 million euro across 16 countries.
